- How much does an outdoor sauna cost?
- With us, an outdoor sauna starts at DKK 44,900 (the Hede barrel sauna) and goes up to around DKK 79,000 for the largest models. A cold plunge starts at DKK 9,900. The price is shown on each model and updates as you configure. Delivery is calculated from your address and added on top.
- How do I order?
- Choose a model, configure it, and send an order request with your delivery address. We confirm delivery to the address and send you an invoice.
- How do I pay?
- There's no payment online. You pay by bank transfer once we've confirmed delivery.
- Do you deliver across all of Denmark?
- Yes. We deliver nationwide. We calculate the delivery cost from your address.
- Is the price on the site final?
- The price of the product itself is indicative and updates with your configuration. Delivery is added on top and depends on the address. The final price is on the invoice.
- What wood are the saunas made of?
- Thermowood – heat-treated wood that withstands the Danish climate and keeps its shape outdoors for many years.
- How long does it take to heat the sauna?
- With an electric heater the sauna is ready in about 20–30 minutes. The round barrel shape (Hede) heats fastest because there's less room to warm up – often in under half an hour.
- Does an outdoor sauna need a building permit?
- Usually not. A free-standing garden sauna counts as a small secondary building, and if your plot's small buildings stay under the area limit in the Danish building regulations (BR18) – and at least 2.5 m from the boundary – it can normally stand without a permit. The rules are administered by your municipality, and a heated sauna can be assessed as a room for occupancy, so always check with your kommune first. We'll go through it with you before you order.
- How long does delivery take?
- Delivery time depends on the model and the season. We give you an expected date when we confirm your order.
- Can I cancel my purchase?
- If you have questions about cancellation or returns, contact us before you order. A large sauna isn't an ordinary parcel, so we'll go through the terms with you.
